1999-2007 GMC/Chev trucks have a design flaw in their transfer cases. The sharp steel oil pump will vibrate and eventually cut into and through the magnesium housing. The result is all fluid leaking out and running the gears and chain dry. Total destruction ensues. Fear not!     I just love how you literally skip the hardest part to do in the whole job! I'd bet 900 of the thousand views you've got are to watch how you installed the snap ring and you skip it and show it done and explain how you did it that's not how you make videos of how to do something!!!!
