Hey everyone! It’s easy to step up and use a treadmill, but here’s some of my top tips for getting the most out of it. I love using the treadmill, it’s really easy and helps you to train at a good pace no matter what the weather is outside. All footage filmed at St. Mary's University, London.

This is how it should be done. As you retire and before you loose all your inability to train. You teach the next generation your secrets to success. Thanks Mo.
  • I’m a baby runner, at age 47 I finally broke 10 min per mile for one mile. Watching you is humbling and awe inspiring... keep it up!

That was really good advice to dial in some incline on the treadmill to protect the knees. Thanks !

  • You’re a legend Mo. No other athlete has a genuine desire to share “insider knowledge”. This is what sport is about, you’re an inspiration to me as a runner and a role model for any athlete for any sport

i absolutely hate it when gyms have their treadmills facing the wall. who wants to stare at a blank wall for 20+ minutes?

Absolute legend mo…just getting my treadmill sorted out now in time for the winter so no impact on my training…have to confess that after a year of training on roads and trails I am slightly hesitant to get back on the treadmill as feels like a step backward but I think benefits in winter outweigh disadvantages 👍
  • Could you talk about the mental side of running and the pressure that you underwent being favorited in so many races over so many years. So amazing thank you for this insight so cool!!

The regular diet you're on when training. Foods for energy and recovery. Pre race meals, pre long run/track workout meals. Different meals you eat throughout the day to stay in tip top shape.
