As someone who owns that model of Chromebook. Heed my warning, don't get it. It's shit. EDIT: I had mine for barely a year and the battery just died. I need to keep it plugged in or it shuts off. Edit 2: It just completely stopped working on me. It doesn’t turn on anymore 🤩

Old video so nobody will see this but...Lenovo Thinkpad X230. You get an i5, normally 4-8gb ram, the best laptop keyboard about, and the durability of a freakin rock, even if it's a little chunky by todays standards, it's smaller than the used laptop in this video. Personally I have an x230t which has full touchscreen and an ips panel, the regular x230 can be had under the $200 budget easily.

My school district uses a lot of chrome books and they are very good for a school setting, but I don’t think they’re good for playing games

Pawn shops are the best places for sub-$200 laptops. You can test them out and inspect them in the shop. You don't really get a warranty, but most of them will buy it back if you find a problem in the first few days.

The majority of people suggested a used laptop, because the majority of people who watch this challenge are smart enough to realize that chrome os is horrible.
