mental health is a very serious issue it's one that not many people want to talk about but in recent years there have been a lot more folks coming out and supporting there are so many different illnesses inside of mental Health anxiety depression, schizophrenia and the list goes on. most recently when I saw Ashley Judd doing interview about her mom Naomi it really made me want to do a video I followed Naomi Judd and I thought she was an amazing artist and it came through that she was genuinely a nice person at least that's what I picked up I'm hoping this video will encourage someone who might need help or let them know that there is help.
