Northwestern University President Michael Schill was testifying before Congress on Thursday at a hearing about anti-Semitism on college campuses, and defended the school's agreement with pro-Palestinian protesters last month to end a tent encampment on campus.

Peacefully negotiating with peaceful students isn't antisemitism. Antisemitism is saying that supporting the state violence of a single nation, such as Israel, is a defining feature of Jewish identity.
