I loved listening to Dr Esselstyn talk. Maybe we can see an interview with just him. He's my favorite expert. I watch Ann and Jane on their own show and love it but seriously let's hear the Doc talk. Jane cut him off and took over too much of the conversation. I feel like he never even got to finish some of the subjects he was talking about. I know I wanted to hear more from him.

Dr Esselstyn saved my life. I found his website in 2019 and ordered his book. Then that led me to youtube filled with all kinds of wfpb doctors and recipes. Thank you to the Esselstyns
  • You are so patient to keep answering the protein question for probably the millionth time. Thank you for this video.

I am glad to hear he has finally quantified the minimum amount of cooked greens as 1/3 cup and raw as 1 cup. Of course we understand that more is always better but for someone not at home or near the kitcgen during the day it is helpful to know an actual amount.
  • Loved this video. Incredibly ironic that in the middle, an ad came up for Chik-fil-A 😂😂😂
  • Thank you so much! Dr. N saved my husband and I mever felt better. Appreciate you all with my whole heart

I loved this discussion. I consume one tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter with my oatmeal. Is crunchy peanut butter the same as peanut oil? Do you think I am doing harm to myself by having it? I know oil is bad but peanut butter is a whole food mildly processed, not oil. I do not have heart disease.

Greetings Dr. Esselston, I'm a resident of Canada. I watch you all the time. Thank you for all your hard work saving people's lives. My question is I've been plant-based oil-free SOS for over 12 years. My husband has excellent blood pressure. We're both very healthy. No medications but I have high blood pressure for some reason. Just wondering if you have any information on a person that's doing everything that you say to do with no cheating at all and yet my blood pressure is high 148 over 84. Sometimes it goes down to 129 over 80. If you can you can drop me a email that would be great. I will contact you again if you do not get this message

Enjoyed it! Thank you! Recommend the fresh jackfruit instead of the canned. It is absolutely delicious when it’s ripe. Makes a great fruit dessert. It does take time to get the fruit out, similar to the pomegranate but when you get a good one, it’s so well worth it. I buy mine at an Indian market and they sell it in chunks.

Love this. Thank you for holding this very informative question & answer session. I am wondering, if caffeine in coffee interfers with the endophilial cells capacity to make nitric oxide, were individuals tested immediately after drinking coffee or was it found to interfere even later in the day hours after drinking their morning coffee?

I finally forced myself to figure out how to make my own BBQ sauce. Low sugar. I used date syrup as it has a low glycemic index of 47. I found some salt free seasoning such as bacon flavored, Cajun and Bada Bing. Sprouts sells a low sugar and low salt ketchup that I used for the base. I added Nu-Salt instead of salt.

I buy Jackfruit green in a can in in it’s own Brine. Makes wonderful bbq and tacos
