Due to a response from J. Warner Wallace about crediting his work in this video, I had to take the old one down. This is a REUPLOAD. Cheers!

I'm NOT sponsored, but I wanted to link his book anyway: www.amazon.com/Person-Interest-Jesus-Matters-Rejec…

PLEASE READ: I made two kinda big mistakes in this video. Read below: It came to my attention that I didn't calculate the percentage at the end correctly. It should be 1.8%, not 0.018%. Also, I included Zoroaster and Buddha in the "Ancient Deities" section. I meant to include them with the other figures merely as examples of persons prior to Jesus that were revered in similar ways. I didn't mean to say that they were worshipped as deities. Apologies for that. I should have labelled that section differently to avoid the confusion. Thanks to all who pointed these out. :)
  • What always gets me is that 500 people said they saw Jesus post-resurrection.. and testified under the threat of death. What would they have to gain, to risk their lives on a lie? Nothing. The answer is nothing. They had nothing to gain by testifying that Jesus lives, and they had everything to lose. That is a weighted testimony.

The God of Israel is also verifiably the "oldest" god to still be worshiped today, and His scriptures have unfathomably greater archeological reliability than any other surviving historical or religious document.

Jesus comes at the exact historical moment so that truth can enlight mankind, because that's how God operates, with perfection.

Brother, I enjoyed this so much. I’ve already shared it at least 50 times in the first two minutes of watching. Spectacular job. Not just for your addressing of Jesus Christ, but your concise approach to other days.
  • I was wondering where this was going...but the timeline was a perfect illustration ... with prophecy being the determining factor... thank you for sharing Sir...

The problem with Dawkins and his ilk is not the evidence. It's just ego. The evidence is there. But ego won't let them acknowledge it. They love themselves too much.

Im a christian but my favorite kind of preaching involves using maps and charts, idk why im like this but i grew up as an athiest but this kind of stuff really convinced me to believe before i got into the philosophy and love of it all. When i was a kid and people talked to me about God and religion using emotional appeal it always turned me off from it because it registered as "illegitimate" in my mind

"Let me draw cherrypicked historical timeboxes until I fill a red box at around 0." ... is how this video should be titled. You could legit make the same case for ANY historical figure. Hitler, Alexander the Great, Freddie Mercury... - now wasn't that the perfect time to meet those boys? Of course it was - because that's when they lived! Not because it was a culmination of outside factors that just plopped them into existence through greater cherrypicked plan.
  • You might be begging the question with this red zone. You have a list of attributes assigned to only your god, but how was this list derived? It would make sense that any set of attributes for a given god become less common in the trends of religion as you move back and forth in time from when the god appeared.

  • Richard Dowkins said "There is no evidence that will convince me God excist" it's not his mind, it's his heart, he doesn't want There to be a God.

Wow. This gets an instant follow. I love seeing videos like this where people go through the actual evidence of Jesus Christ being who He really claimed to be. It’s hard to dispute. Awesome stuff, keep it up man!

First off, this is beautiful, and I truly appreciate this research! Secondly, you've filled in so many blanks for me as I've been working on a very similar timeline of my own. Thank you for this and God bless you!

  • If Dawkins accepted Jesus as his saviour, he would no longer be a champion for unbelievers, he would lose his audience, his popularity, and his money.

Wow man just stumbled upon your video! It’s so good!
