  • Well damn, ol colt definitely will be missed in the videos. But it is true, never say goodbye to a cowboy. You never know when they will be passing through again.
  • You know Ben,,,, if you’ll do a little huntin and find a NH with a 14ft mower, self propelled! You’ll throw rocks at those vermeer mowers. Smiling and giggling the entire time you’re running wide open layin hay down. I’ve tried them all just about. Had NH 14ft haynine when I was in high school that was an awesome machine. NH dealer went out of business in my area. Went with Deere, then case, tried pull behinds. Then 4 years ago after having a melt down from fighting with a vermeer that wouldn’t stay together,,,, I drove 5 hours west of me to the nearest NH dealer and bought a new Speedrower 260. All I’ve done is change oil and knives. We cut alfalfa 6 times a year and 6-8ft tall haygrazer like it’s not even there. I won’t. Ever buy anything but NH hay equipment ever again.

If you would use a union fitting you can connect the new hose to the old hose and pull old hose out and new hose will go right in place you can use soap for lubrication it works great, I worked at Vermeer for 36 years and used this method on large trenchers and makes life easier.
