Thr fact that all three of them are not at their best at this point. Tsunade hasn't done nothing in years, Jiraya got drugged and Orochimaru's arms are useless. All that and they still managed to give us such great fight so early in the series.

Kabuto using medical ninjutsu against the world's greatest medical ninja who invented all the techniques he's using is like pouring salt in the ocean lol

This one of the best fights in series. Jiraiya - was drugged and couldn't produced the right amount of chakra for his ninjutsu. Tsunade - hadn't take any missions for over 20 years so she's rusty in this fight—her body was adjusting. Orochimaru - his hand was sealed but he's residing in a younger and strong body. To those who underestimate Tsunade, assess and evaluate the fight smartly because I believed it was a fair battle. Each had disadvantages and they were not all in their prime.

It’s insane how powerful Orochimaru is. Stood his own against more than one opponent. Not to mention his theme music is phenomenal!

It would have been nice to see Tsunade fight more in the story after this; I get why she doesn't go out on the battlefield, she's the Hokage and has to take care of the village along with many important matters but at least they do a good job to remind you that she is a force to be reckoned with.

Tsunade grabbed that big ass sword. Lifted it above her head. And slammed it down with enough force that giant snake wasn't able to free itself. That was the first taste of true Godhood in Naruto from a normal human being.
