Chi-Ji/Ancient Teachings is the only MW playstyle I enjoy. If I'm gonna be a caster I'm going priest. I really like that pulsing Halo build that hpriest has.

Thank you for the preview and insights. I usually don’t comment on your videos, but just wanted to say that your explanations and analyses really help. MW is the only play style I enjoy in healing and for the most part in wow in general. I really would like to see ancient teachings getting more attention as this is the most fun I had in wow so far. I would also like to see some WW and Brewmaster content, but your MW content is top notch, thank you!

I've started to play mistweaver as my main melee healer that's to your channel and in the wake of holy paladin change in gameplay, and it seems to become my new main for TWW, the current build seems to double down on the importance of melee. In the m+ portion of the video it seems that outside of CDs it's harder to move bars, is that just the current tuning?

"I had a really good time on this dungeon" 80 deaths +5 let's go! Jokes aside, I once did a +10 Academy first week of Dragonflight and had like 226 deaths so y'know. It shall always be remembered both fondly and tilted.

I thought with Crane style giving 2 gusts of mist with Rising sun Kick, jade bond would be an option :(

anyone else have an issue where they pop their Cekestial Conduit and it immediately stops? Ive tried just hitting the key and NOT pressing any other button and sometimes it just gets interrupted. Idk if its a passive heal that goes off that interrupts it or I'm going crazy but when i was raid testing it was happening all the time

Super cool! Curiosity question from a pvp MW trying to understand why MW plays the way it does in PvE: in something like RBGs where I'm spreading enveloping, I'd spec peer into peace and use that to do so but I notice you hard casting it a lot, why is that? I only mention this because I feel like in PvP you very rarely hard cast anything that could be cast via your soothing mist channel.

Does the gust of mist proc from crane style contribute to cdr on jade bond?

I'm surprised nobody is talking more about ther hero talents themselves. Am I the only Mistweaver who find them both very bizarrely designed? Celestial's CD comes out of nowhere (and imo would be a lot more logical on Master of Harmony). The Niuzao's proc "forcing" Enveloping Mist casts so often completely break the flow of the spec in melee. Conduit as a whole is very passive and doesn't have much impact on gameplay beyond having a new CD (which is nice I guess, but with the removal of Essence font in raid I'm not a fan of having it replaced by a much longer CD). And then master of harmony is fine and all on paper but the fact that it's "discharged" on TFT use is just the weridest decision ever. TFT is the core of the Mistweaver's rotation it's never good to sit on a TFT charge. But you should want to sit on your vitality pool and trigger it only when healing (or damage I guess) is necessary. As it is right now you're just stacking so little vitality that you can barely feel anything at all and if you somehow sit on your two (two!) charges of TFT for ages to have enough vitality to make it count you then overheal like crazy anyway and waste all of the unused vitality. Master of harmony should proc from something a lot more optional like Enveloping Mist, unused vitality should be kept, vitality in general should be stacked faster and the damage portion of the vitality shouldn't nuke the vitality pool in litterally two GCDs (seriously you just Rising Sun Kick and Blackout Kick and you have no vitality left it's insane).
