I had some stereotypes when I started the video and realised the dentist is from UK, but after I finished the video though... man this is probably one the best guide I've ever seen. Espessialy in this moment with 45 angle. You are the one who showed how to do it and why this is important. Thanks a lot

I wasted so much time trying to find instructions waching easy and fast guides with clickbates and all that stuff, but I didn't understand them. Better to wach one your 15 minute video and understand everything.

I find using a Waterpik right after eating is the best thing. It cleans out your mouth so well, neutralizes PH, but won't affect your enamel like brushing.
