We also couldn't cut it down to 2 minutes or so due to the haste in which it was prepared. We had much much more to say and would have loved to give the reasoning behind each tip in detail. We also wanted to comment on why we were showing you these things in the upload but had to decide on tips vs video commentary.

We would recommend that you watch the "Advertise your channel here" video as it explains in detail how we managed to double our subscriber base and maintain views/ watch time without uploading for a month while we were overseas. You can also verify we have stuck to our word by going to the most/ more recent video of anyone who left a comment as you will see we have left some feedback on their upload(s).

LIKE TO DISLIKE RATIO:
Hopefully you noticed the evidence we tried to provide regarding how we have tried to improve our channel eg the poor like/dislike ratio for the earliest uploads compared to the improved ratio on our latest ones. Watching each one from earliest to latest may also help you to understand how the changes we continue to make have improved results.
LEARNING CURVE:
It took us approximately 3 months from creating channel to uploading our first video as the learning curve for social media, movie editing and even recording was very steep. To be honest we still have no idea what we're doing or how to get there most of the time.
WHY WE CHOSE GAMING UPLOADS:
We used the Clash of Clans game as a starting point because we knew we had a captive audience for advertising and wanted something "easier" to concentrate on to start with. It would also help with our learning curve ie something to practice with.
We also knew as higher level players we would be more likely to be followed as a result.
SHORT/ LONG TERM GOALS:
We do need a strong community and support to achieve our longer term goals with content, branding etc, because the content we want to produce is much more time consuming and costly than what we are currently producing short term .
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
Revolves around creating positive changes with good people both on YouTube, other social media and in real life. There is far too much negativity online as it is, including many currently popular channels.
ANALYTICS:
Finally, by showing our analytics we hoped to illustrate that we must be doing something right (even though we don't fully know why) Although we have very small stats and subscriber base the maths hopefully isn't too bad. eg we average approximate 210+ views per video (across 10 videos) with a 260+ subscriber base.

Great advice, wish we saw your video before we started Youtube. After 7 months we started to do these things like promote and leave comments. We are starting to slowly improve the editing and actually making videos that will appease the community and not just us.
