Cyclone season is fast approaching, and it's time to get out of dodge! We need to go against the trade winds and start making our way back towards the safe haven of the Marquesas Islands of French Polynesia. But we plan to take our time doing it, and we will spend the next months exploring some of the most remote corners of the earth as we make our way east. Going off grid is exciting but it's also full of its challenges, and that means we need to be prepared. So this week's episode is all about how we do just that...what does it really take to prepare our boat and ourselves to spend months away from civilization. As stressful as it can be getting everything ready, it's also one of our favorite times on the boat...that moment when the boat is stocked, and you're about to embark into months in the unknown where anything is possible. It's a true feeling of freedom, and it's moments like these that keep us chasing new horizons and destinations after all these years.

I'm following you on 'Where's Delos?' and realised you have been visiting places you first visited back in 2010, so I've re-visited some of your early vids, with you, Brady and Erin. I have also watched episode 18, where you take delivery of 'Maggie'; in Cairns, 10 years ago. You've come a long way since then and are now back where it effectively all began in 2010; Nuku Hiva, in French Polynesia. Fair Winds. Russ. UK.

I have 2 adult daughters and remember them at Sierra's age. So fun to watch her grow and express herself so well with words, but my favorite thing every time is to see her on her bike at the end of each video saying "Woohoo!"

Such a Lovely Alternative, Pioneering Lifestyle. I certainly couldn’t do it but all 👍 to your family. I’m really interested in not only the travel destinations but in how the Nugget is educated. Hi Delos, did you know you can freeze uncooked eggs. When you need them no need to thaw out. Peel and slice then fry. You have these cute small fried eggs then.

Great you are all stored up for the next 3 to 4 months and Delos is mechanically all good to go. You look to be in a magical spot for the stay. Looking forward to more videos of who, what, how ect things go for your down time so to speak.
