Demo is pretty much done, now it's just about waiting on the city to give me the remodel permit so I can get to work and get the sub-contractors going.

    Have faith that it will soon look better. Curious to see what percent over sale cost will be needed for incidentals. We ended up paying a lot more in "incidentals" than expected for both our remodel and moving in mobile home.
