I have searched for fixes everywhere and nothing worked until i started to mess around in my network settings. This video should help you get rid of this error message. Your welcome

Are you hard wired? I have a MacBook and the router isn't popping up

I had to edit out the part that gave away my IP address for obvious reason at around 30 seconds basically just click on the router and you'll see information about the router and on the bottom right there should be a edit button click on that then keep following the info in the video, thanks for watching :)
