As soon as the interviewer started talking about "a super fan from home" I was like, PLEASE let it be Michael Sheen!
-
"They don't want to go back to that awful, binary lifestyle." As a nonbinary person, knowing that Crowley is a nonbinary character, that line is SUCH A VIBE.
-
I’m absolutely dying about David talking so lovingly about this amazing script they were working with, which contained such stage directions as “Crowley glares glarefully” and “The plants are terrified. No, I don’t know how to show this.”
-
The way Neil Gaiman talks about Terry Pratchett is making me tear up :') you can hear how much respect and admiration they had for each other
-
i love how neil looks like he could cry of pure joy whenever he listens to david talk about his role and the show in general, it's like he's realising how much his work is loved and understood, kind of like a proud dad to both david&michael but also the fandom and the book/show itself.
-
every cassette seems to turn into the best of queen. i love that neil still had that idea. this show is such a labor of love.
-
“I’m not stupid.” The perfect, and only answer. I’m dying, 😂🤣.

So many favorite lines in both the book and the series. Crowley talking to his plants, "I'm having a moment here" The moment when he says "We are F***ed!" and the part where Aziraphale threatens Crowley with "I'll never talk to you again!" the low key breakup that happens in the bandstand. The lines about ducks, the 'Oh lord heal this bike!" "Get in angel" "You've hit someone." "No I didn't, someone hit me." "You go too fast for me Crowley." Crowley talking to himself while getting pissed just before armageddon, him talking with Aziraphale in the same scene. "Stuff happened, I lost my best friend." Him searching for Aziraphale in the burning bookshop, the cheek he gives the firefighters just before that. SO many grate little moments.

As the interview goes on, you can just see the years falling away from Neil and David's features, their whole faces light up and it's like the wrinkles and the eye bags disappear. It shows how passionate they are about Good Omens and their craft
-
you’re an angel for the captions, thank you so much
-
Ok watching the part about them being one character after seeing season 2 is about to ruin me for another month 😭😭😭😂
-
what else could feed the "soulmate" fanfiction stuff more than they starting off as ONE XD
-
Shout out to Neil Gaiman for being a slow speaker ❤
-
The amount of love you can tell Neil put into Good Omens alongside Terry at the time and after all of these years into the tv show melts my heart away, I tear up everytime I hear him, David or Michael talk about it 🥺❤🩹
-
Agreed: there had to be Queen. LOVE the fact that Aziraphale began as one. So we have two sides of the same coin. Wonderfully done.
-
That is a game-changer. We watch movies with so much CGI etc. effects niwadays that I always assume that something is made digitally. And here in season 1 it was not entirely the case! Wow, I really appreciate that.
-
I know this is an old video but thank you for the captions! I'm hard of hearing and so many channels don't bother to include any; it means a lot!
-
THANK YOU so much for the captions! I always miss about half of every interview bc I can't quite tell what they're saying.
-
Neil mentioning and praising Queen, and Brian in particular, for a Queen fan like me is just🥹🥹🥹🥹😊😊😏😏😏😏👍👍👍😅😅😅🤭🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰auhhh!!😊😊😊😊

Thank you so much! I had never read nor heard about GO until the series. Nor did I know of Terry nor Neil! I am now totally a fan of both Neil and Terrys work as well as David and Michael! Happy New Year!
