You have to take out Togekiss with Dragalge to safely bait out gliscor. Gliscor lives a +1 flygon dragon claw, so you have to kill it before setting up against Noivern.
Then, use a focus sash flygon dragon dance in front of her Noivern. Kill it with dragon claw. Then, it gets a bit iffy; you REALLY need to get that flinch on Minior. If you don't, it makes the fight much more irritating. If you get the flinch like I did in this run, you can safely OHKO the Oricorio before it can set up, and basically get Mega Altaria in a position to die to a single boomburst if you get decent luck on your Earthquake damage roll.
