I'd make a silicone mold of these for paint and play then leave the pewter minis for display. The Napoleon skeleton is just great, I would love to use him in an RPG or wargame.

I wouldn't paint them either. Leaving them as is. That "half elf" is hilarious!

painted the eureka miniatures chaos army (Hieronymus Bosch inspired medieval mutant villagers) for a mate and included the melted ooze orc Half-orc slime from this set, fitted perfectly.

I always heard that the two guys sitting at the game table were based off the characters from The Red Green Show. No idea if this is true or not. I don't remember ever seeing the show myself, but I can see the resemblance after some image searching on the web.

Those are really fun. I love joke character miniatures. These kind of give me MAD Magazine vibes.

Midlam miniatures has a remake of a "Female Servant / Statue holding Brazier", which I think is an old Ral Partha? EVERYONE I know that has this mini has painted it up as a serving girl with a pizza. (Love the video!!!)

love it!, half elf, pizza delivery guy hahahaha!

brighten their pewter using white vinegar+flour mix or store bought silver/pewter shine. then spray em with a clear coat. these are pretty darn funny.
  • These are really fun :D A lot of dungeoncrawls become slapstick comedy sooner or later....

Honestly, never seen this set and now it's another sweet one on the list of things that I need to keep my eyes out for, for a good price

I understand not wanting to paint them, but maybe paint them up and have the box displayed rigjt next to, or above, the painted ones.
