No matter how old this video is, it will always remain vital and useful

Funny how after a few years of trading these chats sound more understandable than the first time. Interesting.
  • Fourth time I come back to listen to that interview. SO GOOD. Life balance. Not total exhaustion by endless day. Listen to you body and mind needs. That was the game changer for me.

Cool to listen to this now and there was no pitch for coaching services or any products by the trader. I feel like more recent guests often have an agenda for coming on. He makes great points which are all still 100% as tradable today as they were 7 yrs ago.

Mike Huddleston says to always be positive about yourself in your journaling, we have the ability to mould our thinking and ability to program our minds for positive outcomes.

My biggest take away: "Only looking for what you did right or what you want to do but didn't", Dr. Brett mentioned similar idea in TS2.0, working on our strength is more effective than review our mistakes. That was awesome!!

There are old traders, and there are bold traders. But, there are no old, bold traders.
