"7 Days to Die" is a new survival horde crafting game from The Fun Pimps.
7 Days to Die is an open world, voxel-based, sandbox game that is a unique mash up
of First Person Shooter, Survival Horror, Tower Defense and Role Playing Games
combining combat, crafting, looting, mining, exploration, and character growth.
It is in early Alpha.

It's hard to stop when mining...there is always one more spot, LOL. Yeah, the nasty wasteland sky. Not sure why that is necessary, lol. You can easily see what the ground looks like and know where you are XD Almost spit out my coffee at your comment of the turning radius of the mini bike, lmao. Awesome to see the crane come down...now I really want to see the whole construction site building come down as well :D

Joe you can flip the spikes upside-down so the flat side is up. Then you have a flat floor so the zambies walk without bopping up and down.

Bunkers are still in the game, and I routinely set myself up in the "bigger" bunker and not the first one. The one that's hidden under the well entrance? Yeh, that one. It's easier to do and I just create a "horde base" somewhere a ways off that I go to on the blood moon. But it's in a burned biome, and there is not much in the way of useful ores once I drill down to bedrock. I'm mining the lead and phosphorous above ground with the "resource boulders."

Turn the spike upside down to help with head shots

as of alpha 16 mining the auger is the tool to use you will level very quickly

bunkers are still a thing just fairly rare

use steal tools to harvest resources you get more per block

Put some auto-shotguns on inside corners pointing to the kill floor switch to barbed wire much more effective and less hassle.
