The fact that Weisselberg wrote down the road map to the crime just shows how comfortable the whole Trump organization was committing crimes.
  • Weisselberg got 10 months. Cohen got 3 years. Trump was the ring leader. He should get 10+ years.

Nice of Alan to write that all down!! That Trump paid 420K to settle a 130K payoff says it all. 🤣
  • He has been a criminal for so long that he doesn't think he is a criminal.
  • @TheOlandex
I think the words we're looking for here are "dead-to-rights". May this trial be the first pebble in a landslide of accountability for this lifelong criminal.

They wrote it all Down !!! My God, and the Prosecutor’s have the evidence in their own hand writing, Knock Me Over With a Feather, How does one dispute a criminal conspiracy written down in one’s own hand???

Knowing that Trump sees Rachel Maddow in court pleases me immensely.
  • So accustomed to doing illegal things without getting caught that they don't even take the simplest precautions against getting themselves caught AND Convicted.
  • as I'm listening to this, I'm mumbling, "Tell me he signed it, PLEASE tell me he signed off on it."
  • I've heard multiple legal experts state that Alvin Bragg would not have brought this case against Trump if it wasn't ironclad... this is only day 2....lol.
  • @Jomomma1
    The courtroom has "Trumpstank"...
  • @eric2500
He wrote it all down?! I did not think there was anything left to be shocked about in this case!
  • @PeytonWind
Michael Cohen has been saying for some time that there are things in this trial that will come to light and surprise everybody. I thought Cohen was just embellishing or something but what Rachel just spoke about is definitely one of those things!
  • @clarkvaughan
Trump next week: "Allen Weisselberg? Never met him. Fake news."
  • As an accountant, i can just say: once accountant, always accountant. I understand Weisselberg completely. One the other hand this is so funny, Rachel can hardly believe this is not a comedy.
  • Who ever said criminals had to be smart? They're usually just lucky.
  • @jdhayes1837
Wow, he paid over $400k to hide the Hush payment! and have it in writing!😳
  • @thed.z.a.4658
Wow! Just when you think he can't get any stupider???? LOL The wire comparison is pure gold!
  • I can hear Trump's ride back from court, his lawyer is like.."You're f**ked Donny, f**ked, totally f**ked!!"
  • @ROOKTABULA
