True: Until you get comfortable with being alone, you'll never know if you're choosing someone out of love or loneliness

Good talk, Dewayne! I like your straight talk. I'm a 70-year-old widow; my children are grown and own their own. I live alone, and I don't feel lonely. I enjoy my company. I'm an interesting person with lots of interests. I live in the country and see wildlife in my yard. I budget my social security and my late husband's pension. God promised me food, clothing, and shelter, and I have all those. I haven't dated since my husband died, and I don't want to. Since I'm a widow without a husband and children to care for, I can minister to others in need using my gifts of service and hospitality. I feel content and blessed.

I turned to alcohol heavily for 3+ years to deal with being lonely. All my family is 2,000 miles away. I'm 5 days sober which isn't a lot, but I'm trying to learn to deal with it in healthier ways. Thanks for your video

I am alone & got a dog, we go hiking and camping & go to parks , I don't feel alone anymore & my dog shows true love & loyalty. So much happier than I ever was .

Every time I am surrounded by teens that have their own friends groups make you feel so isolated from them and you feel like you will never fit it

Thank God, I’m not lonely yet (late 70’s). Love my Perdomo Maduros and coffee, too. Wife for over 50 years, loyal dog and cat , all pets past and present are rescues.
