Realistically all of them would’ve been shot after they were captured because of the commando order.

There were real special forces groups that went on more dangerous, exciting, and interesting missions in real life. They could have covered that. Imagine if they had the balls to do a Call Of Duty from the German perspective. Follow a single squad. Half of which don’t believe in the cause, but are fighting to protect their home, and the other half could be full on Nazi believers willing to do whatever they are told. They could tell an incredibly interesting and thought provoking story about the complexity of how regular German soldiers saw the war. But of course that would never happen since COD would never dream of taking a risk like that.

It's still sad to see that we couldn't play on the Axis side or have an Axis DLC Campaign, where it includes Nazi Germany and the Japanese Empire. Not gonna lie, I think it would've been cool if we could go up against task force Vanguard as the enemy.

The agenda made this game exhausting to play. The cutscenes were more like animated HR Consultant presentations.
