  • Cognitively stimulating presentation!! Psychodynamic Therapy seems more effective in Mary's case. Dialectical B approach can possibly give more insight into her suffering and learn mood regulation too.

    mary is practically me. why have my therapists not given me an official diagnosis, or an actual formulation? I feel like this makes a lot of sense, but i've never has a therapist set an agenda or explain anything to me
