Mine, too. I think Neil and Andrew are fantastic together. while the homeowners decision decides who wins I feel they both help each other and they both win

I liked the Wheeler Hieghts house- but I did not like the steps to get up to it. It may be due to my age (almost 70). Hailey will regret this house with two small girls. But, once you get to the top- BEAUTIFUL!!! Very, very modern house with a pool!!! Perfect for people who love the water like this family. The change of their home to a contemporary beach house was marvelous! I was very surprised at their decision. As Hailey said, "This was as good as anything they had seen, if not better." And the "Move Reveal" with the balloon was such a cute way to answer Andrew and Neil's question.

Can you build up to a second storey without ruining the style? What about converting the carport into living space? Stunning reno. Opening the floor plan may increase the feeling of space, but it also eliminates quiet spots and the storage afforded by vertical space - wall units, cupboards and shelves. I can't see the upside to spending the large sum to move the kitchen to the opposite side of the house. Thank goodness the house hunt opened Paul's mind to the options available. I was a bit worried for Hayley with him being so stuck and oblivious to her being so obviously unhappy. Yes, you can raise a family in a tiny home, but it's easier and more practical if you have a bit more space. They aren't looking at a huge jump in size, but larger would make all the difference for bedroom size and extra baths. Lovely features in all the homes, I liked the first one best.
  • Makes sense to not to have to move with a newborn, but to put off the decision to move, for awhile.

This Aussie show love it or list it, is my number 1 favourite show ever.

I think Neale could have enclosed the carport for a master bedroom joining it where the proposed new door will be.

I mean, if it were me, those front windows would be turned into sliders or accordion doors and go out onto a fenced courtyard. Indoor-outdoor living!

although new baby coming, looks like the pool was a bonding spot for the dad & daughter...at least a small pool should be in the new house, good for bonding in an upcoming busier fam ...note to self too to notice such in my future

I like this version of Love it or list it but America's ( Hillary and David) and England's ( Phil and Kirstie) I like more. Overall all versions are entertaining.

It's a lovely renovation, but that house is just too small for a family of four. There's just one bathroom, one living space and NO garage. It looks beautiful now because there aren't high chairs and toys everywhere. It's a great home for one or two adults, not several young children.
