    Another consideration I have is at what age would one begin using metformin as an anti aging molecule? If higher IGF and high cholesterolā€™ are good for younger people but not older,. He also stated that itā€™s better to start anti aging processes before aging rather that after aging so it makes me wonder when is the appropriate time to start.

    16:40 I thought we needed more IGF-1 in later years to prevent sarcopenia. Clearly I'm worng wince he said the opposite, but he was not clear about the reasoning saying somthing about 'background'. Need more on that from someone.

    What is your opinion on using low dose Rapamycin to speed up autophagy? Exercise to speed up autophagy? SGLT2 Inhibitors? etc?

    I would like to know more about inhibited muscle growth if on metformin. I see this as a problem. I donā€™t understand his explanation of it. It would seem to me a big negative to not get muscle growth especially as I age I am trying to hold onto muscle and strength.
