Chronic illness opened my eyes to everything worth seeing, and saved me from myself.

When I turned 18 I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, I always had a crazy sleep schedule, months of depression followed by a week of insane energy and delight. With every year the cycle became more pronounced and detrimental to my life. Then one day, about a month and a half into a deep depressive episode where I was barely eating more than a small amount of bread a day, I went out and walked for about 14 hours straight, like I was walking to my death. Long story short I ended up in the hospital with Rhabdomyolysis, recovered, was released. Summarily went home and meditated for some reason unknown to me, since that meditative "experience" which I would fail to describe in less than an entire essay; I have not had a single bipolar episode since. It has been 3 years with no mood swings, changes in my sleep cycle or anything. I can't explain it at all.
  • My primary care doctor found a lump in my breast and I just told it to go away. I was on the brink of getting custody of my grandchildren and I just didn't have time to have cancer. The next time I went to the doctor, it was gone. She was completely baffled, but I didn't tell her what I had said because I was afraid that she would think I was crazy.

I healed my Graves Disease. Once I was diagnosed, I lived in a state of victim mentality for about two months until I realized how awful the prescription drugs were for my liver (class D drugs with high rate of liver failure). Something in me snapped and the phrase ‘if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself’ came to mind. I threw the meds out. I was on a mental mission where there was magically no perceived failure going to happen. I changed my diet to GF, no processed, limited caffeine, no processed sugar and in 2 months I was healed. The he endocrinologist had never seen anything like it. That was 9 years ago, I’m still good to this day.

12:15 My mortality was realized early on, mom died of cancer when I was 6 and dad died of a heart attack when I was 14. I’ve never been anything but grateful for getting my moms heart and my dads anti cancer genes. I remain in exquisite health at 63. I’m healthy because I want that more than money or any other material pursuit…

Our mother used to say... there is no "disease" only "dis-ease" of the mind. Resonating infinite love and healing vibrations to you all.

Sufference is often a catalyst to transcendence. My misery is an alchemical process of creating a healer out of my soul, from the body of someone afflicted. I am going through profound spiritual changes right now and this video is immensely serendipitous. I am grateful. It is helping me believe in my healing. God bless to anyone reading that needs hope. You are loved. I love you. Now it's your turn to love yourself, or selves..

The Body Believes Every Word You Say! 🙏🤗🙋💪
  • I'm sure that there is a spiritual component in us that plays a role in not only healing, but staying in good health.
  • "By his stripes we are healed". "Ask and it shall be given." Jesus is my healer. I have experienced instant healing from my Lord Jesus. I was amazed and truly humbled.

I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma today… just about the time this video was posted. Definitely timely, inspiring, and actionable. Thanks for keeping up the good work.

3 years of horrible insomnia had already killed me once, for the damaged nervous system that I have to rebuild bit by bit, but I fucking managed to conquer this shit, now I'm on my own way of my unique evolution...
  • I experienced a spontaneous healing of addictions about 9 years ago. It was immediate, literally from 1 minute to the next but had been preceded by quite a bit of personal reflection and shadow work. Pure grace.❤

I am in great need of a spontaneous recovery.
  • I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma last year.....my tumor was about 2 inches by 1 inch by 1.3 inches.....I denies chemo, I did not let myself succumb to mortal thoughts, I started hormone therapy and had a bilateral mastectomy....This year I have no tumors and evidence in my lymph nodes of cancer cells. Our bodies and our minds are the most powerful things in this universe.

I am an alcoholic. I am 7 years sober now. I CHOSE my small children, my husband, and myself over drowning in my trauma and disease of "trying to make it go away." ❤

Understanding oneself arises from attentively observing one's inner experiences with a tender curiosity; healing then follows this awareness.
  • Holy s**t I thought this sounds too far fetched to believe, but spontaneous healing is a real thing. Incredible stuff
