Twitch just need to pick what they want their site to be. If they want titty and gambling money that's fine, they just need to be open about it. Right now they're very intentionally trying to skirt the line between making obscene amounts of money and avoiding government oversight and the real people getting hurt are streamers ending up with audiences they don't want (particulary minors) because of the type of content their making (adult content) and people who just want to watch someone actually play video games getting this kind of stuff show up anyways.
