He's not going to answer he just said it wouldn't be in their best interest which sounds like a threat to me. As an American veteran, I'm ashamed of the US government for acting as if they are the ones with a right to decide who has a right to defend themselves. Word of warning, if they are willing to tell another government that they don't have the right to defend themselves against the US or it's allies, then they will tell a US civilian the same thing when it comes to defending themselves or their rights. Mark my words. The supreme Court already destroyed the first amendment to clear the path for US authoritarianism.
