This is pretty good because it show the technique.

Imagine Someone skating like this in a hockey game
-
First let me say that I have personally worked with quite a few first round NHL draft picks and for many years have made the teaching and communication of individual hockey skills a passion. While there are very good elements about bent knee and stride and leg extension, I have to say the arm positions for hockey is a disaster .... very incorrect ....maybe good for a speed skater but not for a hockey player.

This is the best way to generate speed if youβre going in a straight line, definitely would recommend having the chest up in a game situation

Thank You π

Best video so far u need more subs
-
One thing is just move quicker keep your feet moving and when u come back in for a stride do it as fast as possible

Awesome demonstration! Thank you π what profile do you believe is the most optimum to achieve this technique? Been playing around for few months but have not crossed anyone with the correct knowledge. Just found info on profiling the front 70% of blade which I am excited to try with the Toronto 2 (9"-15"). I'm 6"1 165lbs and can move my legs like Bruce lee and aspire to be faster/more dynamic than mcdavid, Brazil, t hall. Need. Little help ππ» thanks

Thx for shows this

I like the Run Boy Run by Woodkid you have in he background
-
Geweldig gedaan. Een stuk duidelijker! Man, man, man, als het gaat vriezen ben ik de eerste op het ijs!
-
Determination helps. skates that fit snug as possible loosely tightened, Worked for me. Unfortunately you really canβt teach speed just technique.
-
How are you able to use woodkids music?
-
Awesome
-
im just wondering what skates the demonstrator is wearing. never seen them before in my life
-
So, the song is like some kind of extended, adapted version of 'Run, Boy, Run' by Woodkid. That's all I can focus on now.
-
My strides are really slow, i have problems moving faster for some reason...

Almost everybody in NHL are good and fast skaters. This is hard. Its all in the matter opinion. Maybe there is someone that we dont know about in some other country or outsider on the teams that is good to.
