I still remember building and flying my first balsa Trainer in 1976. Had a great guy to teach me and from there on it was flying several times a week and building more. This was the nitro days, electrics did not come into the picture until around 1995. I trained alot of new pilots and always enjoyed watching their first solo. The hobby took me around the world and I flew in many countries and several states. I still build and fly and embrace the new technology when it advances. Good luck in your journey. It been 47 years for me and counting.

My dad got us one a couple weeks ago as he used to be into rc planes back in the 70s and 80s. Still has loads of old balsa wood classics up in the attic. Flew it a couple times and crashes it, snapped in half but was glue-able Its fun though, good luck with it!

Your gona love it , just take your time learning the controls , take off into the wind and land in the wind is how I do mine for easy lift and touch down.

I just got a FPV drone and looked forward to spending the holiday weekend learning to fly it but it was too windy ALL weekend!!! Of course I tried to fly it but it’s nothing like flying a camera drone with altitude hold, obstacle avoidance ect ect it’s hard!!! After a few crashes I decided I better wait until it’s not so windy 😂

I wouldn't mind seeing this plane fly. I've been wanting to try it myself actually.

Very strange way for the wings to mount to the plane, first time I’ve seen that but I’ve only flown small park flyers
