  • I worked at Costco while i went to college back in 2010, they are flexible to your school schedule and pay 1.5 times your pay on sunday shifts. Made good money for a college student. After 4 years, i made 29 dollars an hour and around 42 dollars for sundays. With school, my hours ranged from 15 to 32 hours depending on how many Classes i signed up for. Only downside is that it can be a demanding job depending on your building and position. Recommend Costco to any college students or people who work retail

Someone said that it's time to be concerned when you start to see individuals shoplifting groceries rather than big-screen televisions, and i agree. Truth is, inflation will never reach 2% ever again, maybe in the next life, but not this one. Anyone purchasing groceries and gasoline is aware that real inflation is much over 10%; they simply lie about it like cheap blankets. In reality, interest rates would be in the 20s because of how high inflation is. But then despite the severe bear market, I am aware of certain investors that continue to earn over $365,000. Wish I could accomplish that.

Great video, thank you! I go to Costco every week and that chicken is a huge staple in my household. It was awesome to learn more about how they operate! Also love all of your other content too- very on point! Keep it up! 😃

This is a great change of pace for the content on the channel! I always tune in for the ‘core’ of personal growth, but I’m sure there are others like me heavily involved in management/upper management in a business that appreciate the insight into businesses doing long term growth correctly!

I love Costco! And yes, it was an instant click to watch when I saw Costco. 😊

My costco stock is up 43% since I got it. I looked into it more after charlie munger said he liked it so much. The financials look pretty good. I wouldn’t put all my money in one stock but I’m glad I picked up a handful of shares. Thanks for sharing about one of the businesses I own a piece of.

I love Costcos for everyday supplies. They make money from the membership fees and we get this paid for from rewards and generous cash backs. I don’t eat there though cuz I eat very healthy. Really good vlog on Costco business ethics and philosophy. Best Brick & Mortar ever!

Having seen a lot of your videos, I noticed there are a LOT of common lessons. But that's a great thing, you only need to remember and practice a handful of things. I enjoyed this one on Costco a lot because it shows these lessons work on all level of scale from personal to enterprise. I didn't know a lot of these behind the scenes about Costco even though I enjoy it as a member! And I liked your idea to shed light on how companies practice slow sustainable growth and look out for their people. We could all benefit from companies that operate like Costco
