In South Sudan, years of conflict has lead to worsening levels of food insecurity. As of June, 5.5 million people are severely food insecure.

Isaac is one of millions of South Sudanese forced from their homes and struggling to survive through the impact conflict has on agriculture and daily life.

Farmer training programmes through World Vision has helped Isaac to change his family's lives and the community around him.
