"The Demon Lord of the Round Table. A warrior who soared through the Belkan War, inspiring both fear and admiration. His presence filled the skies for but a few short months before he disappeared. Apart from that, nothing is known about him."

i honestly like to think that the planes that our protagonist used are now in a museum to show some of the history of their accomplishments
  • @M.F.Hafizhan
Inb4 the belkans started calling that F-15 "the Sword in the Stone, Caliburn"

"...Things aren't the same without ya, Cipher. I miss out conversations, our bets, our battles together, and most of all the V2 incident. Heh, a number that did on both of us huh?...." ... "... you're a good friend, Cipher. Quite possibly the greatest I ever had" ... "You'll be in my heart, buddy." ... "Guess I'm the only dog fighting this battle now huh? And with no payment involved too" ... "...well, Cipher, it was nice to meet you again, even if you're possibly a corpse another country away, or buried eight next your plane...." ... "Goodbye Cipher, see you again soon" After the death lf Larry Foulke (Solo Wing Pixy) another jet bad been seen laying Infront of Ciphers signifying an undying friendship with one another

I have no idea who the hell Cipher is and why this video is in my recommendations, but there is something soothing about seeing such a war machine resting peacefully in the fields.

This video makes me sad. Eventually, the F-15 line of fighters would be too outdated in the near future, and the few remaining ones will only be available to be seen in Air Museums. This thing was a legend, no recorded losses with a such a high air victory count, it was way ahead of it's time during it's inception, and was considered to be what fighter jets are meant to be since then. I hope the F-15 line of jets continue to live on.

"This broken down aircraft in front of us holds many history and mystery, it flown the skies when the Belkans decide to defiles their own border with the V2 out of desperation, this aircraft was also the one who ended the rebellion of The World With No Boundaries when they committed the unthinkable. Launching another wave of V2 around the world to achieve peace in the most nonsensical way." "Whoever the pilot was have seen something that no man shouldn't ever witness in a mass scale...death and destruction, may The Demon Lord rest in peace."
  • @reapertalon
"Above, their lay only a clear blue sky, no longer in need of heroes, or demons. So the lord could finally rest in peace, knowing, his duty had been fulfilled. And that is where he rests now. In quiet slumber."
  • "Following the end of the Belkan War, the atmosphere at Valais had changed. The tensity and commotion of war died down, and more and more military jets rotated out, while fewer and fewer rotated in. Among the few that remained was an F-15 Eagle, painted in a plain gray, with blue wing and tail tips. As it lay in a hanger, slowly rusting, and wasting away, the adjutant commander of Valais recognized its significance, and begged with the municipality's council members to, at the very least, have the plane restored to its original, Belkan War condition. After this was rejected, he insisted that it was historically significant enough to be recognized as a memorial, a gate guardian for the regional airport Valais was to become. This, too, was rejected. In the end, the Eagle was laid to rest in a boneyard, alongside another Eagle, one belonging to the legendary Solo Wing, who is presumed to have died on December 31st, 1995, at the age of 28. Today, the planes have been picked clean of spare parts, with faded paint and moss growing on their surfaces. Perhaps in a twist of irony, the boneyard that these two legendary planes were relocated to, is only fifty miles from the disused Avalon Dam facility."

In a field once a desert, where lives were taken over skies, a lone fighter is left to rest in the peaceful fields of B7R.

“Demond Lord of the round table…….I pray for your success”
  • @sgwaris8853
Maybe he left it there and started to walk in the town side to just settle down also leaving everything behind even his clothes of justice, and gets out in his regular suit which no one knows about, now he lives in peace 😊

The rusting hulk of an F15 lay out in the middle of an abandoned, empty junkyard. Empty in the sense of desolation it gives as one traverses the field where disused and damaged military equipment lay rotting, picked clean by the military, then by scavengers once the military had left them. What were once feared equipment that dealt death and destruction are now useless pieces of metal slowly returning to the earth. But as the sun set and the wind blew, a faint sound can be heard. A sound reminiscent of a war long past. A sound of stories wanting to be heard as the wind rushed inside the empty hulks. The loudest of those sounds came from the derelict F15, whose afterburners seeming come alive in odd hours despite the engines in an inoperable state. It tells of a story of heroics, brotherhood, betrayal, loss. The bullet holes and the shattered canopy tells a story of unfathomable horrors and painful reunions. The oxidation of exposed aluminum airframe and the fading of the gray paint and blue wingtips tell of a tale of a tragedy underneath the ultimate victory and the cost of war both in a literal and on a figurative level. Sadly, this aircraft's true stories are buried underneath layers of bureaucratic red tape. It may take a while until it could be told but I fear that there will be nothing left of this airframe when that day comes. But alas, she preaches in a language only the derelict machines can understand though I can feel her emotions. However, I do wonder: whatever became of the pilot that flew her, the crew that serviced her, and the boys she protected down below? As I left the junkyard, I looked up above as contrails streaked across the sky, seemingly splitting the pink and blue sunset in half. As I stare at it, I realize the contrails were coming off an aircraft similar to the gray and blue aircraft behind me. The cockpit glints as the aircraft rolls over, then a boom as soon as it levels out and accelerates quickly towards the horizon. I wonder if that's who I think it was.

This really gives me goosebumps, well done! And farewell, demon lord... Can't believe I'm getting emotional over an aircraft
  • @RogueRail
This is a great little animation. Makes you think they Cipher’s plane in the middle of nowhere.
  • @AiryAary
why do I feel this emotional for a character I've known nothing about up to this point
