I like your light bulb moment when you relised the menu did not line up with the taps 😂😂😂 I was literally yelling at my phone trying so hard not to rage quite this episode

As a purveyor of fine carbonated adult beverages, but also a hobbyist class home brewer. I knew I had to watch this series when you said you were neither of these things. I have never been disappointed in seeing you torture yourself. Great series.

Just a note of support for the series. I'm really enjoying it so please keep it going! I'm not sure how you cope with the busy box the game has you in when your bar is open, it would be flustering to me, but you seem to be handing it just fine (with a few silly mistakes here and there just to keep things entertaining).

After watching more of the video I see my original comment was wrong, was most likely a "bug". When they ask for APA you should be able to give them your default "crappy" American Pale Ale. On the same note when they say any beer you should be able to give them any of the 5 types. I agree with the comments below, thanks for the regular uploads in this series, please keep them coming.

American Pale Ale (your basic beer) = APA. so don'tthrow away customers when they ask for it ;)
  • @techhhhhh
APA American Pale Ale 4% alcohol to 5%..... IPA Indian Pale Ale.... usually very strong beer and higher alcohol 5% to 20%

I wonder when they ask for APA that is the basic American Pale Ale. But Dishwasher seems to cost 100 USD to run so better fill it or get more glasses

I love this game but it is so broken. Lol. Also, really early on in the episode you could actually hear a glass break in the background. I assumed breaking a glass would be hard to do given how many cabinets and walls you’ve had to pull the glasses through to pick them up, but apparently not. 😅 Still, I’m loving this series. It’s so completely chaotic every time you open the pub. I can only imagine how much more chaotic it will be now that people can also order food.

The boiling process destroys a lot of the aromatics and some of the more delicate flavors of hops. So when you want big, hoppy flavors like in IPAs, you have to add additional hops after the boil. It's called "finishing hops." Tbh the first round of hops, the flavoring hops, probably shouldn't be added until the last 20-30 minutes of boiling for a better flavor, but hey, it's just a game lol

The new space you unlocked makes me want to order a double-double. Thanks now I'm hungry.
