I don’t swallow my fufu/pounded yam because when I was younger my mom was tryna teach me to not chew it and I promise you after a few hours I threw EVERYTHING back up. Since then I’ve been chewing it. The experience doesn’t change if you chew it or not, It’s about enjoying what you eat :)
