Bottom line: This whole debacle is about pride, jealousy, and ego. The smart play was to have Clark on the team. That would help the entire sport of women's basketball grow. That benefits everyone. The problem is that everyone is solely thinking with emotion and not with practicality. The whole situation is just sad and pathetic.
