There is a time for everything :) We humans have emotions and its okay and valid to feel sad,happy,mad,digust,fear,excitment and etc. All these things makes us human and that's the beauty of it. I recently started to learn how to love myself and acknowledge who I am as a person. Having confidence in ourselves and not from others is powerful.
