I have undiagnosed ADHD and this so true. I get easily distracted, try to multitask, which leads me to getting overwhelmed and by the end of the day, realised that I got nothing done 😂😭💀

Anyways, here a brownie recipe. Ingredients: - 1 cup unsalted butter - 2 cups granulated sugar - 4 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175°C) and grease a baking pan. 2. Melt 1 cup butter, mix with 2 cups sugar. 3. Add 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla; mix well. 4. Sift in 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, and 1/4 tsp salt; stir. 5. Optional: add 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips. 6. Pour into the pan, bake for 25-30 mins. 7. Cool completely, cut into squares, and enjoy your brownies!

Ive literally been researching ADHD and about to go for a diagnosis after people have been telling me o have the symptoms. I was on a video call one day and this girl was shocked that i was cooking one moment and working out the next...i was like "its pretty normal".
