In this film we follow 3 extraordinary young people who have Achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism - as they find the determination to overcome daily obstacles.
It’s hard enough for young people to find their place in the world. But for some, whether they’re coping with a psychological illness or are facing major challenges, just getting through each day can be a struggle.
This powerful series of one-off documentaries uncovers the reality of these extreme lives, giving a voice to those experiencing these often misunderstood but hugely impactful conditions and situations. Each episode covers a different topic, spending time with three or four contributors to get inside their minds and under the skin of their difficult day-to-day lives.

Jack is a handsome man and Jess is very pretty. Hurts my heart that they are treated with such rudeness. They all are amazing people. And I wish them all the best in life...they deserve so much more respect.

My favorite part of this video was how supportive and how loving their mothers are. No one will love you like your mother.

Jacks really handsome and has such a great personality. I wish the pub he worked at accommodated him more. That yellow bucket bugged me when there’s so many stool options for so cheap.

Jess is lovely. I felt sad for her when she was talking about people staring rudely on the bus. You know that must get so old. It's one thing to do a quick double take, it's natural to be a little surprised when seeing something or someone unexpected l. It's another to openly stare or nudge others, take pictures, etc. That's incredibly rude.

it's gross how there's people out there who would stare and make mean comments about someone who is a little person. there's nothing wrong with being a little person, because they're still human and they're just trying to live their lives like everyone else!!

Jack should be aware that maybe the staring, or laughing or whatever may be because he's VERY good looking!; (Handsome, movie star looks)!💕😊 Jess is doing better than I ever did learning to drive! Shes so chill & relaxed, whereas I had a "death grip" on the Steering Wheel for weeks!🚗

These are all beautiful people and I wish they didn't have to go through life feeling less than! These folks are the kind all of us would want as a friend, a brother/sister in-law, a boss, co worker, neighbor! Bless your hearts!

Little People Big World was my first introduction/education regarding dwarfism. Good show. Some of the others that followed were too dramatic. The more we educate, the more understanding. Just because average sized people are the majority, that does not make them any more special. We are all equal. We just need to accommodate for everyone.
