In this video I build and test the brand new Injora SCX24 Rock Buggy kit! This is a nylon body shell that comes with the tubular chassis, body panels, hardware, and lightbar! I fit Injora extended axles, 43mm double barrel shocks, and mud terrain tires to our buggy to give it an aggressive appearance and improved performance capabilities. Enjoy!

Some of my earliest memories with my dad were building RC's together in the 80's and 90's and going to the RC track or BMX tracks to rip around. Spending the winters building a new car or buggy were some of the best and fondest memories I have with him.

If every son had a father like this the world would be a much better place. Love your vids, tips and tricks in the crawler world. I’ve been completely encapsulated the last few weeks with my deadbolt and the plethora of upgrades available. This is a great channel!
  • I have become a 24th scale addict, and I am a builder by heart. This beast is on my radar, however, I am working on two others att. I love the builds. Hint for tire insets, I use 15ppi open cell foam (black aquarium filter). Cut a square as big as inserts you want. Hold insert against the square and trim to size. I found my Lexan scissors work best for cutting out the center. I then trim the sharp edges inside and out. Awesome father and son time. The squeal says it all.

The kids likes the articulation! Awesome build man, it's great to involve the little ones.. they are toys after all.
  • Very cool build man but your son's reaction was the best, great video. Saved for reference
  • I was able to squeeze the electrics (Gen 1) upside down under the hood. It just barely clears the servo, but works fine. So far this rig has been amazing. 👍🏼

My brothers and I all watched this video and are all talking this morning about how cool it was that you let your son help! I'm sure he loved getting to help dad and learned alot because you involved him in the process. Now we're all reminiscing about helping our dad when we were kds.
  • Another good video...Just picked up my first axial the other day... AX24.. Now I wanna build one of these.
  • Such a cool build! You can tell Axel really likes it too. So cool to see you guys building something together! As for overall cost that's not bad for fully custom rig I think. Another great vidoe Adam, thanks for taking the time to do this! Take care!!!

  • @perronified
Wising you more likes! You do a great, thorough job on all of your videos, and have a great little helper! I have recently got into rock crawlers, and your instructive vids have helped a bunch as a starting point for where I want to continue this hobby. You have pretty much gone thru the progression of what I am going thru now on my crawler and shown me what I can do next for mods.

  • @basherz_den
Yesssss!! Man.. the first comment I made was when I noticed little man was in the vid with you.. but when you guys were seeing how it flexed.. priceless had to comment again.. lol.. great job man.. all smiles here.
  • I love this small buggy. Your ESC will fit under the cowling. Your front panel will need to be installed on top of the tubing. The ECS will mount at the perfect spot with the double-side tape.
