This was the Best City Description Tour Video I have ever seen, Ultimate. You did a better job than all of the city tour and travel channel combined. Keep it up. Would like to see more of Florida.

I lived in Miami in the early 80's during the Miami Vice era. It sure has come along way since I moved 3 hours north, but I marvel at all the changes once a year when I drive down.

As a Miami resident for about 50 years now, I can personally tell you that anything that was showed here (other than Little Havana), you would have to be well off, very well off, or rich to afford any rentals or have a mortgage there. Even the surrounding cities of the metropolitan Miami area have caused rental and home prices (including my home) to go up substantially. And one more thing, living ANYWHERE near the coast or near water (lake, river, ocean) like in the downtown area, Miami Beach, etc, you are going to pay the price!

Wonderful video highlighting Miami. My son moved to Miami 2 years ago. My wife and I really like the area he lives at. He is right across the way from Bayfront Park. The view is spectacular from his terrace.

When I visited Miami a couple of weeks ago in December of 2023, I have to say that I was very surprised. Beautiful, rich city, clean, warm and sunny even in the middle of winter. I'm so glad I brought my drone with me. Although my drone and camera video that I'm going to upload in a couple of days on my YouTube channel is not as informative as this one, it is unique because it has more personal engagement.
