"CAUGHT UP"...... Means ???..... "In The Air" Means ???...... > The Greek word from this term “rapture” is derived appears in 1 Thessalonians 4:17, translated “caught up.” The Latin translation of this verse used the word rapturo. The Greek word it translates is harpazo, which means to snatch or take away.

Skye's hair was raptured long ago, but I'm glad he was left behind to share this with us.

I'm from Romania and no one heard about the "Left behind" books. We simply know that Jesus will return and take us, away from the Tribulation

'I will never leave you nor forsake you.' - Truth.

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, Romans 1:22.

Harpazo is translated “caught up” or “caught away” the five times (out of. thirteen) it appears in the Bible relating to rapture. The other eight times it is translated, “to. forcibly seize upon, snatch away, take to oneself or use force on someone.” 3.

Revelation 3:10 “Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth.”

It is in the Bible. The church isn't mentioned during the 7 year great tribulation.
-
If you cannot recognize the holy blessing of the Rapture, you cannot understand the love of Christ for his bride the church.
-
“Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

John 14:3 in Other Translations3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.

Yes, caught up and twinkling of an eye is close enough for me.

It's best to read for yourself, asking the Holy Spirit to teach you and give you understanding. Just because Skye or anyone else just tells you something, doesn't mean they are right. The Greek word in the bible is Harpazo in the bible which mean to be snatched away.

If there’s no rapture why is the church not mentioned after revelation 4?
-
Thessalonians 4:16-18 "For The Lord himself will descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet with The Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with The Lord. Therefore comfort each other with these words."

Wondering if you'd let your bride wait seven horrifying years or would you come and receive her to yourself beforehand so she can be with you as you promised? 🤔

Skye, you said something here that is verifiably UNTRUE: "The rapture makes for exciting movies."
