Cigarettes aren't even addicting, I've been smoking 7 cigarettes a day for 13 years and I'm still not addicted

The fact you held it like a joint was the highlight of my day
  • I started smoking weed years ago as a teenage, switched to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

I just love the fact that he left the gas station to find a quieter spot like he was gonna light a joint šŸ˜‚

the fact that you can see the behind the scenes and his inner workings and hesitations in the reflection of his neon orange glasses makes this a cinematic masterpiece.
  • "I'm a firm believer of don't bash it till you try it so.. today we are testing crack cocaine"
  • Most people: find a quiet and inconspicuous spot to smoke weed This guy: finds a quiet and inconspicuous spot to smoke a cigarette.

This is literally the video that helped me quit smoking while I was high, I was smoking so many cigs a day every day for several months now, and I've been on and off for about 5 years. but I've quit the past few days and trying to see how long I can go. I can thank this video bcuz it made me think of when I smoked my first cigs as a teen and felt so sick and like I never wanted to smoke again. I have to go back to that.

I remember I bought my first pack of cigarettes when I was 29. I had never smoked before. I was just curious honestly. I remember feeling like I was doing something bad, and I felt dirty walking out of the gas station. I smoked it and the initial reaction was just like his. I thought it was nasty. I smoked the whole pack just to be able to get past the nasty part and get to understand what people craved. I finally experienced it by my second pack, and after a few more packs, I was hooked. I was addicted for two years, smoking a pack every 2-3 days. I tried quitting like 3 times. I went broke trying to afford them. I collect like 20 lighters because I kept forgetting to carry one on me when I bought a pack. The sensation is like sitting down and relaxing after accomplishing something really hard and important. Except then comes the guilt of not having accomplished anything. I finally was able to quit after two years, by switching to nicotine pouches, then weaning myself off of them. My suggestion after experiencing it is to not try them. I already did it for you so you donā€™t have to. If you are currently struggling to quit, I donā€™t judge you for back sliding. But try to because they really are awful for your health. Try doing what I did, by using nicotine pouches and weaning yourself off.
