Why negotiate and haggle when you could wait 5 minutes and get your price

I thought he was gonna say $331,000 down to $31,000.. I live in DC I would've been on my way to the dealership. Actually nevermind I'm not into it.

If you listen closely, you can still hear it depreciating in value...

One reason I've heard cited for the warp-drive depreciation these cars attract, at least in the UK market, is that the very few people who can afford to buy a new Bentley without worrying about the cost, move on to the next model each year, and obtain the usual part exchange deals to do so. But once that car enters the second hand market, few buyers step up to the plate to own last year's model, knowing that maintenance costs are only slightly less expensive than those of an aircraft carrier. Bentley tends to assemble these cars robustly (and for the money they charge, you'd expect nothing less) but when something does break, it's bank account meltdown time. For example, if you want to replace a headlight on something more mundane like a Ford or a Nissan, you'll be looking at around £50 here in the UK if you fit it yourself, and there's a ton of DIY manuals in circulation for ordinary cars. A replacement headlight for this beast will blow a £1,.200 hole in your wallet, because there's no DIY option - you have to take the car to a Bentley main dealer, with all the surcharges that involves. While your car is new, this sort of headache is dispensed by the ownership warranty, but the moment it hits the second hand market, you're on your own with the repair bills. That, and the penal levels of insurance that a car like this attracts in the UK market, drives down second hand prices hard . In fact, depreciation in the UK hits these cars even harder than it does in the US. A 10 year old Azure will drop from a brand new price of £350,000 to under £50,000 with ease over here, because most buyers in the UK market know that it'll cost a king's ransom to insure, will drink petrol at an alarming rate (remember, we pay the equivalent of $9 per gallon for our petrol), and breakages will be more painful than stabbing your scrotum with a red hot poker. The absence of a full service history will also detonate a nuclear depth charge under resale prices. If that's missing, a 10 year old Azure drops to under £25,000. /Caveat emptor/ and all that. Cars like this will lose more in depreciation in one year, than an entire taxi fleet of Volvo XC90s will in ten. That's how bad it is here.
