  • I was really impressed by Claudia‘ s prenounciation of Dutch words. It was quite good ( especially for a foreigner).
  • @al-du6lb
As an American, I feel very detached from these types of traditions. So glad to see Europe maintaining their culture. As the dutch lady said, this is very special.
  • Food Insider: What other cheese videos can we do that we havent? Staff: How about a 2 hour long experience? People in lockdown aint going anywhere. Food Insider: 😀
  • The absolute WORST thing about watching these things: I ALWAYS get hungry. 😂 Great job to everyone involved in making these amazing videos
  • @Goopy_Joe
Im impressed at how the man from the sardines canning factory in portugal seems so humble and very happy about his job and how it operates
  • I absolutely love your channel. It's about reminding us that food is not a thing about 'on the go' and cheap and 'convenient' and 'mass production'. But it's about truth and pride, it's tradition, it's emotion, it's ancestors, it's a value of quality and purpose and knowledge of nature, respect and health and caring and friends and family. It's very simply ... life. Thank you for this!
  • the cheese lady speaks real good english. she's really special and very hard working. along with her family, they're keeping the culinary fire alive.
  • 5:35 to 6:16 The love and pride just beaming from this lady's face and heart is so inspiring. I think very few people attain this level of joy and happiness from anything in life, let alone their jobs. The fact that she is a part of a lineage, a heritage of love and joy, especially for the tiniest thing like a mold for cheese...it just makes her heart burst with purpose. I'm really happy for her. I wish I knew what that felt like. Most people do, they just don't know it. She is very lucky.
  • I want to go on a cheese tour, wine tour, and eat sardines after we are no longer in quarantine.
  • Claudia is the best. I've seen these series over 20 times. And as I make cabinets and cut wood, I just leave her show playing in my headset, and just work all day and get entertained with the show without even seeing the show.
  • The woman who makes the cheese comes across as so kind and knowledgeable. I would love to visit their island.
  • @Hi_Im_Jie
I noticed many of the employees at the Pinhais sardine canning facility are grannies. I found it charming that many of the employees have worked there for so long that their family members also join in. I hope everyone is safe and I look forward to ordering from them once things pick back up.
  • 1:27:05 I know it’s a language barrier but the image of cheese makers all squad up and physically attacking fakes is too funny.
  • Watched the whole marathon. Amazing experience for a Saturday in 2020. Thank you.
  • OMG I wish to buy those sardines... Couldn't believe that is actually still somebody doing them this traditional way...huge respect! Nice document!
  • @jsudlow12
This was probably a fun day for all the workers who produce these wonderful items, glad you got to show their craft to the world
  • I enjoyed your commentary as you sampled the various foods. The surprise on your face as you tasted each food was almost child-like in your delight. This is not an insult, I am tired of watching a food vlog/producer who is burned or bored with his/her job. You were extremely knowledgeable, polite and very much engaged with each person involved your production. The photography was excellent and the music was well chosen. I look forward to seeing you in the future. Best wishes, David Maddox
  • @131dyana
Thank you very much. I enjoyed finding out how these foods are made.
