Ingredients: 9 tbsp Nutella 115g unsalted butter, room temperature 160g light brown sugar 40g granulated sugar 1 large egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 315g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt 150g chocolate chips Makes 9 cookies Bake 190C/170C (fan) 9-11 minutes Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before moving them Tip: Refrigerate overnight for best results and thicker cookies. You can refrigerate or freeze for just half an hour, but they will turn out slightly flatter 🥰
  • Me: “I’m proud of starting my diet.” Me after watching this video: “I’ll start next Monday.”

Made these for my little sisters fundraiser for her Martial Arts tournament & they sold like hot cakes. I had to make over 100 cookies cause people loved them so much.

Measurements for all the Americans out there 1/2 cup of butter 2/3 cup of brown sugar 1/4 cup of sugar 1 large egg 2 tsp of vanilla 1 3/4 cup of flout 1 Tsp of salt 1 tsp of baking soda These aren’t exactly the same because converting the measurements is a little weird but it’s pretty close
  • The way she said "and roll it into a boull" 😅🤣

I tried to write these down and will comment it for people who need it although this is my first time doing this so I might be wrong but I tried :) ~ Thick Nutella Stuffed NYC Cookies recipe: Freeze 9 blobs of Nutella (1 TBSP each) for 30 minutes. Then whisk together - 115g unsalted butter, softened - 160g light brown sugar - 40g granulated sugar Whisk it until light & fluffy. Add - 1 egg - 2 TSP vanilla And whisk until just combined. Then add - 315g plain flour - 1 TSP baking powder - 1 TSP bicarbonate of soda - 1 TSP salt Mix to form a dough. Add 150g of chocolate chips, fold these through Scoop up 90g of dough and roll into a ball. Take off 1/3 and press it into a small disc then make a cup with the rest of the dough. Add the frozen Nutella blob then place the cup on top and seal the edges. Carefully add more chocolate chips (Optional) Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum/overnight if you can. Then bake 190C/170C (Fan) for 9-11 minutes, and allow to cool slightly. Again this is my first time doing this so some might be wrong and if I am please let me know where I did a mistake and I will fix it :)

I don’t even like sweet things with lot of sugar in it, i’m just here for the accent 🤷‍♂️
  • @Ash_zzz
“And roll it into a bull”😌
  • Neat! Honestly tho. If it were up to me? I'd make the wider in tern making the flatter, in tern allowing for more bites and softlike crunchness~ 🍪
