I liked Roche a lot. He deserved better. I really wanted to keep fighting him all the way into 3.

This game had a number of lackluster moments, this was one of them. Roche was EPIC and have him go out like a chump is pathetic. I truly thought they'd do something with this character, like have him go out against Sephiroth or Shinra or something.
