Indiana Judge Larry Medlock warned former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel there would be further sanctions against him if any additional firearms are found on his properties.

Medlock previously sentenced Noel, who is facing more than a dozen felonies, to 60 days in jail after more guns than he was allowed to have as part of his bond conditions were found in the former sheriff's possession.

  • $1,900 a day ~EVERYDAY~ for 1,825 days. That is what this man stole. No way everyone around him didn't know what was going on. Lots of people should be in prison.
  • @Pet1717
He got away with it for so long. He thought he was untouchable!!
  • @im_cart8656
just a reminder the town this happened in had a population of 6000 people.. he bought 4 mansions and 12 cars and spent millions of dollars from a town of 6000 people

Lived high and mighty off the taxpayers dime while being the "hotshot sheriff", and even now, while in prison...he is still living off the taxpayer dime. A leech on the system from beginning to end...despicable. Hope he rots in prison. Nothing more despicable, wicked, and evil, than a corrupt "authority".

The court didn't have an exception that he could have a shotgun and other firearms that are stored under junk in a closet. The defendant had the choice to turn all firearms in. He didn't. He should have been held accountable like everyone else is.

Radically dishonest, out of control and drunk with greed and power in regards to the amount of money he illegally stole. The amount of gall and treachery he displayed while stealing from his own family and community is appalling and disgusting.
  • Why should this garbage ex sheriff get released so that he can spend more time with his attorney to discuss things or to read discovery. Citizens don’t get released so they can go talk to their attorneys. Every day citizens will sit and rot in jail, asking for their attorney to come, and the jail makes it as difficult as possible to see an attorney. If you have a public defender, they won’t even come and talk to you until the day of a hearing and then they’ll give you five minutes.
  • hahahahahahahahahahahhahahahaahhahahahahaahahhaaah! by the way all cops in area said they knew he was dirty. NOT ONE COP DID A THING ABOUT IT FOR YEARS! BLUE LINE
  • @notozknows

  • @Uwannaknow24

  • @perryrush6563
"All four of the houses he had control over" as a sheriff. Granted we know NOW that he was stealing, but I mean, that's rediculous.
  • @stephwiller9089
If you have felonies shouldn't you lose ALL your guns full stop, no exceptions? It should be an automatic 10 year sentence if a felon has a gun imo, at least.
  • @davy1458
He must be having a hard time finding an appetite for the jail food....especially after all the fine dining he has been doing on the tax payers dime.....technically he is still eating on the tax payers dime, but this time he doesnt get to pick the finest restaurants in town
  • @josephmarzullo
Now he can join 60 years in to find out what’s going on in the prisons
  • @007modmom
This corrupt sheriff is only one in thousands that need to be caught, removed and prosecuted. Our law enforcement and judicial systems are so corrupt.
