    1) Lemons 2) Dark Green Leafy veggies 3) Alkalizing Vegetables (avoid nightshades if they inflame you) 4) Legumes: Lima Beans, Lentils, chick peas & Soy 5) Millets: quinoa, amaranth, spells, Kamut 6) nuts: Almonds, Brazil nuts, pumpkin, hemp 7) fruit: (check with doctor if you have a yeast problem)
  • I happen to naturally eat many of these foods, here are some general recipes: 1) drink a large 3 to 4 cups worth of lemon drink daily, 3 to 4 tablespoons of lemon concentrate, 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave and the rest is cold spring water, mix and enjoy with a straw (this drink got me off drinking soda, whitens teeth, keeps your bowels regular, helps keep colds sore throat and bacterial infections from starting and is refreshing) 2) lentil burgers: boil 1 cup dry red lentils, drain and let cool then mash, add 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 finely diced onion, tbsp of garlic salt. For burgers add Worcestershire sauce to taste, for taco meat substitute add taco seasoning to taste. Fry in some olive oil and Serve on kaiser buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and any condiments you want. 3) tomato feta bake, buy cherry or grape tomatoes and surround a hunk of feta cheese in a shallow baking pan with the tomatoes, then drizzle olive oil on the tomatoes, bake for 45 mins, break up the feta and tomatos, add a good amount of diced raw garlic and basil leaves or dried basil and gently mix together. Best if you let it sit a day then serve over pasta noodles. 4) great use for millet is a steaming mexican vegetarian stew. Chopped tomatoes, onions, blackbeans, a whole head of kale deveined and chopped, 1 cup of millet, 6 cups of chicken or vegetable stock, Chipotle seasoning, bring to a boil and simmer, serve with a hunk of french bread, honestly all you need on a cold fall or winter night. 5) Greek salad every day in the summer. There are several variations on this but I try to eat one most days in the summer, always includes grape or cherry tomatoes, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, lots of sliced English cucumber, red onion and a good chunk of feta cheese. Sometimes add salad leaves, sometimes chickpeas, olives, hummus, rice and olive oil and red wine vinegar or lemon juice and salt and pepper. 6) healthy trailmix in my desk. Usually always have a bag of trail mix in desk in case I don't have time for lunch or feeling peckish mid afternoon, always get one with less peanuts and more Brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds. These are all very easy to incorporate into a busy life and just feel better eating this way.

    I know someone who overcame his prostate cancer by eating numerous organic lemons 🍋 with their peel. Since then i drink tons of lemon 🍋 with hot water I stay cautious for my teeth . ( straw glass ) ( to protect enamels ) so far so good !! Superb initiative !

  • Lemons, dark green leafy vegetables, nightshades...tomatoes, potatoes, onions and potatoes...unless they cause inflammation in you. Lentils, lime beans, chicken peas. Millet, quinoa, amaranth, spelt and kaput. Rice, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds. Fruit...unless you have yeast, because it feeds the yeast.

    Lemons are anionic - add some water, pink Himalayan salt, and a Tbsp of pure high grade olive oil drink - swish mouth with baking soda and water twice a day
  • Peace. Almost full year from 2001 to 2002. Systemic shutdown of many organs. Unable to work at job for 10½ months. At beginning, for 2½ months, only juiced fruits, juiced vegetables. No water, no other foods. Additional time required for resting, healing. Regained vision, hearing, liver health, strength, blood production, hair growth, energy levels. Regained my life. Peace.

    Hi comment to a person 2 hrs ago. IE. vegetables not being good. Well, they are good, if they are grown in rt , clean, non- toxic soil. And not sprayed with all the chemicals that are being used on them, before they get to our market s.. Same as meat, eggs,etc. ( added hormones and antibiotics), that we aren’t told about. Please do your homework and research. To stay healthier. What Barbara is teaching is absolutely essential and crucial, to our health and wellbeing. Some things might not be for everyone. I’d say, 98% of what She is sharing is 💯 % accurate.. Rather have natural immunity and natural resources that the body will recognize.. ( instead of filling it with chemicals, which is just a bandage)… We owe it to our bodies to at least try,and accept the natural healing process..
